How Much Do The Services Of A Notary Public Cost?
Texas Government Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services. Additional travel/convenience fees, print fees or surcharges for payment types other than cash are invoiced as separate items and must be paid prior to the notarization.
